We maintain continuous workflow and are growing rapidly. We are looking for Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to grow with our company

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the roofing project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Collaborate with Roofing foreman’s and subcontractors
• Attend weekly client meetings
• Contract negotiations with sub-contractors
• Identify, track and negotiate change orders
• Order material and schedule delivery
• Review plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• At least (2) years of managing commercial construction projects
• 1 Year of Roofing experience is a preferred
• Knowledge in estimating and managing all types of roofing applications is highly preferred
• Skillset: Leader, Organized, Communication (both written and verbal), Project Management, Quality Management, Supervisor, Detail Oriented, with a focus on quality.
• Read and understand specifications and blueprints.
• Ability to work with a computer and or smartphone (Plus)
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
• Must be able to do light duty work( Climb Ladder)
• Training is available
• Must be willing to travel within the D.C Metropolitan Area

-Full-time construction management position.

Pay: $53,747.00 - $128,717.00 per year
